Discover the unique colf courses at the Quinta da Ria Resort

ROBINSON QUINTA DA RIA is an exclusive, all-inclusive, 4-star resort (according to German standards). Faro Airport is only about half an hour away. From December to the end of February, temperatures in the Algarve generally don't drop below 15 degrees Celsius, making for perfect motorcycle weather!

The resort is surrounded by numerous orange groves, and just a few kilometers inland, you'll find rolling hills with incredibly winding roads and charming little villages. This means idyllic motorcycle routes are practically on the resort's doorstep.

In almost every village, you'll find local cafes where you can get a good coffee or a cold drink at any time and at a very reasonable price. In the area around the border river with Spain, or around the picturesque towns of Cachopo, Martim Longo, Mertola, Almodóvar, and others, you'll also have no chance of flattening your tires.

The resort is surrounded by numerous orange groves, and just a few kilometers inland, you'll find a mountain range with incredibly winding roads and charming little villages. Longer excursions are also possible, for example towards Monchique (the highest point in the Algarve) or to Cabo de São Vicente (the southwesternmost point of mainland Europe). For those who make it that far, we recommend a stop at the iconic "Last Bratwurst before America" ​​stand.

Besides the motorcycle and top case, all riding gear – suit, boots, helmet, and gloves – is included in the rental. Suits are available on-site in all common men's sizes from 46 to 58/60. This saves space in your suitcase and allows you to travel to Faro with lighter luggage.

To ensure you can easily reach all the beautiful places, we offer two navigation options:

1. You can connect your smartphone to the motorcycle using the BMW Motorrad Connected app and navigate via the integrated TFT display.

2. Alternatively, our BMW R 1300 GS rental motorcycles are equipped with the original BMW Cradle – a mount within your field of vision with inductive charging, which turns your smartphone into a navigation device.

We can also share GPS data for popular routes directly on your phone. This allows you to stay flexible and ride or combine routes as you wish. If you prefer a guided tour, you can also join an experienced guide and enjoy the scenery at your own pace.

ROBINSON QUINTA DA RIA is located directly between two top golf courses. Upon request, we also offer combined motorcycle and golf tours with a private golf instructor (PGA Professional). An unforgettable experience for those who already play golf or who would like to try the sport during their motorcycle-golf holiday. A course to obtain your golf license is easily arranged.
